This is a great way to get a full immersion experience. Three classes are better than one to get a real feel of the qigong groove.

What happens at class?

Classes include gentle stretching, relaxing breathwork, and simple strengthening. You will explore movement, observe stillness, step away from habitual behavior, and discover ease. 

What should I wear for class?

Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Classes are done in socks or bare feet.

How does the Zoom class work?

Select which Wednesdays you’d like to join us. Click “purchas to RSVP” below, and complete your purchase. The morning of your class, you will receive the Zoom link you’ll need to attend the class.

What if I can’t make a class?

We can not issue you a refund, but you can sign up for a different class. Just email us again to let us know when you’d like to reschedule.
